01. Challenge
The site launched with 12 underdeveloped pages, containing basic text and media but lacking any SEO foundation, resulting in zero traffic. Delays from the client’s developer, with many features still incomplete, added complexity to the project. Despite this, we were tasked with building an effective SEO strategy from the ground up.
01. Solution
We implemented a comprehensive approach to turn the site around:
- Conducted a full technical SEO audit, fixing errors and setting up tracking tools, with ongoing improvements like a custom robots.txt file.
- Optimized all pages with on-page SEO techniques, including titles, meta descriptions, alt texts, and internal linking, while publishing 25 SEO-optimized blog posts and adding 33 new property listings.
- Initiated backlink strategies and began local SEO efforts, including Google My Business and Bing Business Profile setups, also worked on local citations.
03. Our Result
Starting with zero traffic, the site saw notable progress over three months:
- First month (October 2024): Achieved initial impressions and clicks, with a key ranking on the first page of search results.
- By April 2025: Published 25 blog posts, optimized 33 listings, and continued growth with ongoing social media and content expansion. The site remains under active development.
